Students Assessment: Faculty members receive regular and periodical feedback from the students.
Fee
Fee: Rs.80, 000/-
Scholarships are awarded to students in the first and the second year based on their performance in the university examinations.
Five scholarships will be awarded to the top 5 students who pass out the first year university examination subject to the condition that they should have passed all the papers in the very first appearance (no repeat allowed) and have a score of minimum of 65 % in aggregate (first and second semesters taken together). The amount of scholarship is Rs.5000/-.
Another 5 scholarships are awarded to five toppers of university examination in the final MBA examination (all the four semesters put together) subject to the condition that they should have passed all the papers in the very first appearance (no repeat allowed) and have a score of minimum of 65 % in aggregate (all the four semesters taken together). The amount of scholarship is Rs.5000/-.
AWARDS
In addition to the above, a Gold Medal is presented to the first rank holder of GIM in the final MBA examination. This gold medal is instituted by National Prof. Dr. M. V.Pylee , Chairman, Governing Council, GIM.
A Gold medal will be presented to a female student on merit- cum- means basis in the final exam.This medal is instituted by Prof. K.P.Sankaran Unny, Member, Governing Council in memory of his late mother Mrs. Gowri Amma.
A cash award of Rs.5000/- is presented to the topper of "Organisational Behaviour" of the I MBA, known as KUG PODUVAL SMARAKA AWARD. This award is instituted by Prof . P.R.Poduval , Former Director , GIM.

AICTE has approved the enhancement of intake from 90 to 120 students from the academic year 2006-07.

Graduate in any discipline from a Recognised University is eligible for admission.
Applicant's performance based on Management Aptitude Test
(MAT) conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA) or TANCET or CET.

Refund Policy
- Incase, (1) a candidate fails in the qualifying examination, making him ineligible for admission or (2) the Bharathiar University / T.N. Government / AICTE does not approve his / her admission, the whole amount paid by him / her after deducting service charges as applicable, will be refunded by the institute.
Criteria and weightage for admission
Admission is based on entrance test (75), Aptitude Test ((30), Group discussion (30) and personal interview (15) with the following weightage
